Background:

After I have been awarded my diploma in the field of educational computer    .

 I have begun my work with  the Telecenter since 1998 which is enrolled by a public library.

 I started as an instructor  of computer courses the most important objective was to introduce technology to the largest possible number of groups who did not have the opportunity to bridge  computer  literacy, and  to provide training courses for the workforce through multimedia tools and computer-based training.

 We started by the children of poor school then our service extended to all the categories including   teenagers, fresh graduates, women, old people ,….etc

We were keen  to offer  programs provide technology training ranging from basic computer literacy skills, to the usage of advanced business productivity applications.

I have worked hard to enhance the performance of our Telecenter where Our Telecenter cooperates with many international bodies accredited in the field of Computer Such as UNESCO through the implementation of the Program of ICDL International Computer Driving License and Corporation with Microsoft Egypt for developing communities.

We are  now capable of  granting  international certificates in the field of ICT  for many of our beneficiaries  and qualify them to match the needs of the work market.

In fact I used to guide successfully a team work that enabled me to have variety of ideas and programs.

Now I am developing  my administrative and technical abilities so I can make the best service to my community where I have  been studying  the master in quality assurance  and statistical control.

Contribution to Digital Literacy and Community Development:

My essential target is to provide an opportunity for many community groups that did not get a chance to get to know the field of information technology and communications These groups include women who did not either  complete their university education or  who graduated from universities and have no chance to work and seeking to create a new opportunity for them in a society which is  in pressing need of  computer literacy.
I have designed and implemented several programs that give recipients  the proficiency  of using  computers and  promoting  skills  with the Internet and information technology in addition to vocational training courses which had a good support of many young people, to run  their small businesses or to join the larger projects .also these  programs  targeted  at  the  increasing of  communication skills and self-confidence  as well as raising awareness on the Egyptian society of environmental issues and a culture of sustainable development.

I have noticed an increase of demand by women on all ICT programs and that is reshaping the efficiency required in the labor market, increasing the chances equally like men where these programs support more secured, connected and convenient future for all women, or in opening up new career options for women who are passionate about working in the ICT sector.

It should be emphasized that the development of IC Technologies and in particular

that of the Internet, have made possible and set up entirely new forms of social

Interactions, activities and organizing due to its widespread usability and access.

We believe that ICT can be a powerful catalyst for political and social empowerment of women, despite economic and socio-cultural barriers to women's use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), when women are able to use them productively, They can substantially improve their lives and increase their income.

One of our objectives is to see women not passive recipients of information, but active in knowledge and technology developers.

Leadership, Partnership and Resource Mobilisation:

My telecenter  is subjected to a single private associations which is  Integrated Care Society, ICS is one of Egyptian NGO  which is providing very good opportunities for the dissemination of culture in various forms to all segments of society and in a civilized way of examples that:
 Work on the development of political awareness, environmental and cultural community , Contribute to the liberation from bad habits and traditions , Contribute to the eradication of illiteracy among citizens, Equality between members of the community in opportunities, rights and duties, The development of local communities, and serve all sectors of the children and young people and those with special needs.
The Telecentre has depended in the beginning mainly on charitable donors and social institutions and the Ministry of Culture, but with more good service provided by the Center for the public and , in affordable price for all, later on, we did not need to depend on anyone as our income could satisfy our needs.

 Our telecenter  has managed the  collaboration  with several local and international grant technical and financial support necessary to its successful  persistence.

الخلفية
بعد أن حصلت على شهادة الدبلوم في مجال الكمبيوتر التعليمي  بدأت عملي في مجال  Telecenter منذ عام 1998 حيث عملت كمدرسة بنادي تكنولوجيا المعلومات وهو قسم ملتحق بمكتبة عامة يقدم خدمات في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأيضا في مجال تعليم اللغات .
  -  بدأت  عملي كمدرسة لبرامج  الحاسب الآلي المختلفة والموجهة للمبتدئين حيث كان  الهدف الأكثر أهمية هو إدخال التكنولوجيا إلى أكبر عدد ممكن من الجماعات الذين لم يكن لديهم الفرصة لمحو الأمية المعلوماتية  ثم تقديم دورات تدريبية  متخصصة لرفع  المستوى الفني والتقني لشباب الخريجين . بما يتناسب واحتياجات سوق العمل الذي يتطلب العمال المهرة في مختلف قطاعات تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات. و القادرين على تصميم وإنشاء وتطبيق واستخدام المعلومات من خلال أدوات الوسائط المتعددة والتدريب القائم على الحاسوب وتطبيقات الأوفيس .

في البداية تم تقديم الخدمة إلى أطفال المدارس الفقراء ثم امتدت  الخدمة لجميع الفئات بما في ذلك المراهقين ، والخريجين الجدد، والنساء والشيوخ،... الخ
عملت بجد لتعزيز أداء Telecenter لدينا حيث تم عقد اتفاقيات تعاون مع الهيئات الدولية المعتمدة في مجال الكمبيوتر مثل اليونسكو من خلال تنفيذ برنامج الحاسب الآلي ICDL الرخصة الدولية لقيادة وشركة مايكروسوفت مصر لتنمية المجتمعات المحلية.مما يدعم البرامج التي يتم تقديمها ويحصل الدارسين على شهادات دولية في مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات
 
أنا الآن أدير فريق عمل مكون من 8 موظفين و احرص على إدارة فريق العمل  بروح الفريق المتعاون حيث يشارك الجميع بأفكارهم ومقترحاتهم  البناءة  لتحقيق هدف تنمية المجتمع وإحداث التغيير الايجابي للنهوض به .

احرص على تطوير قدراتي ومهاراتي الإدارية والفنية حتى أتمكن من تقديم أفضل الخدمات لمجتمعي حيث حصلت على دبلوم توكيد الجودة والضبط الإحصائي بتقدير عام امتياز وأنا الآن في مرحلة  الماجستير .

نظرا لحاجة المجتمع لبرامج التنمية البشرية وبناء القدرات وتطوير الذات أصبحت هذه البرامج جزء من الخطة التدريبية على مدار العام .

المساهمة في تنمية المجتمع ومحو الأمية الرقمية

هدفي الأساسي هو توفير فرصة للكثير من فئات المجتمع التي لم تحصل على فرصة للتعرف على مجال تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات وتشمل هذه الفئات النساء اللواتي لم يستكملن تعليمهن  الجامعي أو الذين تخرجن  من الجامعات وليس لديهن فرصة مناسبة للعمل وربات البيوت .

ولخلق فرص جديدة لهن في المجتمع الذي هو في حاجة ماسة إلى دور المرأة الايجابي والعملي صممت ونفذت العديد من البرامج التي تمكن  المستفيدين من استخدام الحواسيب  بكفاءة وتعمل على تعزيز المهارات في مجال  تكنولوجيا الإنترنت والمعلومات ، بالإضافة إلى دورات التدريب المهني التي كان لها دعم جيد للكثير من الشباب ، حيث ساعدتهم على إدارة  مشاريعهم الصغيرة أو التحاقهم  إلى أكبر المشاريع. أيضا هذه البرامج التي تستهدف زيادة مهارات التواصل والثقة بالنفس ،وتطوير الذات . وكذلك رفع مستوى الوعي البيئي والسياسي والديني والتنمية المستدامة  في المجتمع المصري وذلك من خلال عقد دورات وورش عمل متخصصة تتناول قضايا متنوعة في المجتمع تحتاج إلى تسليط الضوء عليها مثل قضايا الحوار بين الثقافات والتنوع الديني وممارسة الديمقراطية والمواطنة وحقوق الإنسان ودور المرأة في المجتمع

لقد لاحظت زيادة في الطلب من قبل النساء في جميع برامج تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصالات ، وبناء القدرات والتي تعيد صياغة الكفاءة المطلوبة في سوق العمل ، وتزيد من  الفرص أمامهن  حيث  تمكنهن من فتح خيارات مهنية جديدة في قطاع تكنولوجيا المعلومات وأيضا تتيح لهن فرصة للتواصل عبر  الشبكات الاجتماعية مثل الفيس بوك والتويتر واليوتيوب .

أصمم برامج متخصصة لربات البيوت واللواتي يحتجن إلى تطوير أذهانهن بكل ما هو جديد في مجال الحاسب الآلي والتنمية البشرية تستهدف استغلال قدراتهن بشكل أفضل على مستوى أسرهن وأيضا على مستوى المجتمع المحيط .

حيث أن أهم  احد  أهدافنا هو أن نرى المرأة ليست متلقية  سلبية للمعلومات ، لكنها نشطة في مجال تطوير  المعرفة والتكنولوجيا.

القيادة، الشراكات، وتعبئة الموارد

يخضع   TELECENTER  الذي اعمل به إلى احد الجمعيات الغير حكومية والغير هادفة إلى الربح وهي جمعية الرعاية المتكاملة، ICS التي  تضم تحتها عدد من المكتبات العامة ومكتبات الطفل والمكتبات المتنقلة ومشاريع تطوير العشوائيات وذوى الاحتياجات الخاصة حيث توفر فرصا جيدة جدا لنشر الثقافة في أشكال مختلفة لجميع شرائح المجتمع ، وبطريقة متحضرة من الأمثلة على ما يلي
العمل على تنمية الوعي السياسي، والمجتمع المحلي والبيئية والثقافية ، نشر التكنولوجيا والمعلوماتية والمساهمة في التحرر من العادات السيئة والتقاليد ، والمساهمة في القضاء على الأمية بين المواطنين ، والمساواة بين أفراد المجتمع في الفرص والحقوق والواجبات ، وتنمية المجتمعات المحلية وتخدم جميع قطاعات الأطفال والشباب وذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة.

اعتمدت  التليسينتر  في بدايتها على التمويل المادي المتوفر لها من قبل وزارة التضامن الاجتماعي ووزارة الثقافة والجهات المانحة كشركة مايكروسوفت ايجيبت وشركات البترول الدولية مثل .BP

ولكن مع تزايد واتساع الخدمات الجيدة التي يقدمها المركز للجمهور، وبأسعار في متناول الجميع ،أصبحت هناك من الإيرادات والأرباح التي تغطى تكلفة تقديم واستمرار الخدمات .

التعاون مع المنظمات الدولية في مجال التعليم غير النظامي  مثل  منظمة I earn    شبكة مصادر التعليم الدولية

ومنظمة اناليندا Analindah Euromediteranian لتبادل الحوار بين الثقافات والعديد من المكاتب الثقافية بالسفارات مثل المركز الثقافي الأمريكي والنمساوي والصيني – مجلس الاتحاد الأوروبي - مايكروسوفت مصر -- جامعة لوند ب السويد (المعهد الدولي للاقتصاديات البيئة الصناعية) -   مكتب UNIESCO في القاهرة.وكذا  وزارة الاتصالات -- وزارة التربية والتعليم ووزارة الثقافة في القاهرة وجامعة عين شمس وغيرها من الهيئات والجمعيات الأهلية المحلية والدولية .
ان التعاون مع مثل هذه الجهات يمكن TELECENTER  من تأمين وفعالية تقديم الخدمات بالمستوى المطلوب من الكفاءة ، واستكمال التدريب التقني للموظفين  حيث تجعلنا نواجه أي عقبات قد نواجهها .
